A People\'s Constitution
  In the article A  deals Constitution, the  reservoir Howard Zinn explains his thoughts that the Constitution does  non  ready our quality of life. His claim is not backed up by any facts or logic,  however purely persuasion by his own opinion. The Constitution is in fact   actually  serviceable to society because it gives citizens their  safes and gives  batch their freedom. The  turn on of Rights keeps the  presidency and citizens  commensurate by making sure the  disposal does not over precedent the  raft and keeps things equal.\nZinn argues that the integrity and determination of the  muckle is what gives us our rights and power. He states, It is  conspicuously silent on  real other rights that all  human race deserve. (Zinn, pg. 1) This statement contradicts itself because The Ninth amendment explains that people have many  more than rights than what is just stated in our Constitution. He then goes on to talk about how  bondage came to be abolished. When slavery was abolished, it    was not by constitutional fiat,  scarcely by the joining of  phalanx necessity with the moral  impel of a great antislavery movement, performing outside the Constitution and  lots against the law. (Zinn, pg. 1) The Thirteenth Amendment expands the Emancipation  promulgation which makes slavery illegal in all of the United States and gives everyone equal freedom and rights. The Constitution is very effective in  c ar our people equal and  scour though it did not  distinctly state this at first, it has been in tact since. Since the people fought for what they believed in, the government compromised and added it to the Constitution.\nZinn argues that the laws that protect citizens from too  a lot government power are easily ignored. The Bill of Rights is very effective, giving citizens the freedom of speech, religion, and  stir up all in The  commencement exercise Amendment.
